Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pro Merch Group. These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions, services, and communications between Pro Merch Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) regarding all custom apparel and screen printing services.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing is based on the quantity, garment type, number of print locations, ink colors, and any additional services.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted if artwork or order details change after the quote is issued.

2. Artwork & Approval

  • All artwork must be approved in writing (email or online approval form) before production begins.

  • We are not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or omissions after approval is given.

  • Any edits requested after approval may delay your order and incur additional fees.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard production time is 7–14 business days from the date of final artwork approval and payment receipt.

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

  • Turnaround time does not include shipping time.

4. Minimums

  • Our order minimums vary by service (e.g., screen printing, embroidery, DTF). Please contact us for specific requirements.

  • We do accept one-piece orders for certain services but pricing will reflect a premium for low quantity.

5. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipment.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH, Zelle, and business checks.

  • Late payments may delay production and/or delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local pickup, local delivery (in select NJ/NYC areas), and shipping nationwide.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has left our facility.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturer or printing defect.

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue.

8. Customer-Supplied Garments

  • We may agree to print on customer-supplied garments, but do so at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for any damage or misprints that occur on customer-provided items.

9. Intellectual Property

  • You confirm that you have the legal rights to use any logos, artwork, or slogans submitted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains copyrighted material without proper authorization.

10. Garment Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in ink color, print placement, and garment sizing may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards (±1 inch tolerance).

  • We are not responsible for garment shrinkage, fading, or damage due to improper care after delivery.

11. Order Cancellation

  • Orders canceled after deposit/payment may be subject to a restocking fee and will be charged for any work already completed (including mockups, films, and setup).

  • Custom items already produced at the time of cancellation will be billed in full.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Pro Merch Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your order.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

13. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is used solely for communication and fulfillment of orders.

  • We do not share your information with third parties, except for shipping and payment processing purposes.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
